We spearheaded a series of strategic innovations for Cornetto, repositioning the iconic ice cream brand to appeal more effectively to the youth audience and unlock new business opportunities. By introducing the Cornetto Mix Mini range in Europe, we tapped into younger consumers' preferences for variety and convenience, achieving a remarkable €15 million in turnover during the first year.

Building on this success, we launched a snack-sized Cornetto at a value price point in the out-of-home channel. This strategic move not only catered to the demand for affordable, on-the-go treats but also resulted in a 300% volume uplift in Spain. Encouraged by this success, the rollout extended to seven additional markets, leading to an annual production and sale of 90 million cones across Europe.
